Making the world better means for me (digital) solutions that bring value to users and business. My portfolio shows some projects but my process depends on the context of the project. Sometimes we started with research and sometime directly with visualising via sketching and prototyping. Or starting from expert perspective or bringing stakeholders and experts together in workshops. I will always use elements of Design thinking and Service design to deliver an accepted and validated solution.

Think about empathising via (field) research. Creating shared picture via visualisation, testing and iteration. Journey focus to give solutions a place and cover end-to-end process. Understand technology and use knowledge of other experts. Defining the minimal lovable product and the steps towards the dot on the horizon.

Not one static process but a flexible approach to take the right steps to make it better!
